Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:
The product arrives damaged
The product received is incorrect
The product is defective upon arrival
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear documentation, such as photos or videos, showing the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Opened or used products
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Products where damage occurred after delivery
Resolution Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

Store credit
